AUSTEMPERING LINE - High volume, batch control, superior quality, and quick turn-around to meet all of your austempering needs.

NITRIDING LINE - Nitriding provides good wear and anti-galling characteristics to part surfaces.

ALUMINUM HEAT TREAT- Solution heat treating and aging of all aluminum alloys is available.

VACUUM HEAT TREAT- Vacuum furnaces are available for annealing, solution h.t., aging and vacuum brazing.

BATCH FURNACES - Neutral hardening and carburizing of alloy steel parts in a closely controlled atmosphere.

STRAIGHTENING - We perform hot and cold straightening of all metals to the most demanding requirements. We can also advise customers on how to prevent or reduce distortion in the future.

This equipment offers high volume neutral hardening or carburizing of heavy stampings and formed sheet, large fasteners or hand tools. When you have large quantities and need consistent heat treat every time, this furnace is ideal.

Our shaker lines are capable of processing large quantities of springs, fasteners or small stampings. They offer consistent, uniform heat treat (neutral hardening, carburizing & austempering) of small or delicate shapes. Oil or salt quench is available.

Distortion control while neutral hardening of some shapes is maximized by using our salt bath line.
